Tell us who you are and your needs, this includes:

• Your organization's name, mission, non-profit status
• Point person's contact information (name, phone number, and email)
• How many people do you serve, when, and how often
• Food specifications: how much food you are willing to take, the types of food, packaging requirements, etc. 
• Delivery information: how often you would need food delivered, to where, what days and times 
• Are you able to pick up the food if we made an introduction, or will you need a delivery?

We match you with restaurants and caterers

• We connect your point person with a person at the restaurant
• We continue to remain involved, helping to organize the logistics 
• If your organization or the restaurant can’t pick up / deliver the food, we arrange for  delivery through our volunteers 

You email a tax-deductible form 

to the restaurant / caterer who donated the food
